Welcome to MyPathToLicensure. I'm John, a fellow pre-licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. When I started logging my hours, I couldn't find anything that actually tracked hours in a user-friendly way. Like you, I had an awkward spreadsheet. After a year of logging hours in Excel, I decided to create MyPathToLicensure. It's a simple, easy-to-use tool to help you track hours, manage supervisors, and export your numbers in case of an audit.
Massachusetts LMHC gets full support with automatic compliance checks. Clinicians in other states get a general hours tracker, with full state support added based on demand.
What It Does
- Weekly logbook. Every direct contact hour, every supervision hour, and every indirect hour, in an easy-to-use logbook.
- Supervisor records. Track credentials, license numbers, supervision dates, and aggregated hours under each supervisor.
- Export to PDF or CSV. Export a cleanly formatted PDF or CSV file you can use if your hours are audited.
